He fell in love with the beautiful Marika Yashida, daughter of one of the richest and most powerful families in Japan. Although they had planned to marry, she spurned him at the last moment. Now Wolverine receives word that she had been summoned back to Japan and forced to fulfill a debt of honor by marrying the head of another clan. When Wolverine decides to see for himself, he learns of her terrible secret and becomes embroiled in the dark underground of the Japanese mob.
